Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused tool and all original accessories, manuals, and batteries into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the tool's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
